Where we agree an ongoing service with you it will follow one of the following formats:
This is designed for clients who require an ongoing retainer-based service to deal with particular current issues or financial needs. This service is generally suited to those clients who have uncomplicated affairs. Some examples include savings plans & low level investments.
Our Individual Service is available for clients who do not require proactive ongoing advice. We will continue to deal with the administration of your file and should you contact us to request any further information we will do our best to assist you. Access to our professional client support team is included within this service.
This is designed for clients requiring a proactive ongoing review service. It guarantees priority access to the adviser, with the offer of a face-to-face annual review. Ideally, this service is suited to clients with investments of at least £50,000. However, we recognise that this service is also attractive to other clients depending on their needs.
This service includes access to Wealthcare’s professional client support team as well as telephone and e-mail access to our advisers.
This service guarantees priority access to the adviser in conjunction with a bespoke service and provides clients with unlimited access to their financial adviser. The offer of the bi-annual review process can incorporate cashflow modelling (where required) and makes specific recommendations around utilising a client’s Income and Capital Gains Tax allowances. In addition to full access to our professional support team the client is offered face-to-face meetings with their adviser.
Liaising with a client’s accountant and solicitor, as and when required, are integral to our IndependentService. This service level is suited to clients with assets under management in excess of £150,000, although other clients may feel this level of service is required depending on their needs.
