All directors and advisers are fully qualified in their areas of expertise and are supported by a strong back-office team.

All staff members are given regular in-house training sessions to keep them up-to-date with the fast moving and sometimes complex world of financial services. Our staff are also encouraged to undertake relevant professional qualifications and continually develop their skills.


Accounts Manager

Amanda joined Wealthcare in 2012 as the Accounts Manager. Her role involves monitoring and reconciling the company bank account, ensuring all financial data is well documented and all records are accurate and up to date.  Amanda also manages our corporate events. She uses her creative insight and has a great understanding of the background work required to organise successful events.


Senior Wealth Management Administrator

Rachael has over 18 years financial services experience, working for insurance companies and IFA firms. Rachael joined Wealthcare in 2012, initially as a Mortgage Administrator. She progressed to the role of Senior Wealth Management Administrator, managing wealth management client relationships and providing invaluable support to the advisers. Whilst working for Wealthcare she has obtained her CII Award in Pension Administration.


Wealth Management Administrator

Barry has over 10 years experience in the mortgage and insurance sector. He joined Wealthcare in 2016 as a Mortgage Administrator, managing cases from application through to completion. Barry now works within the Wealth Management Department and is responsible for processing new business, dealing with client requests and liaising with providers. He has obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Administration and NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services. He is currently studying for his CII qualifications.


Harry Hill

Office Administrator

Harry joined the Wealthcare team in January 2022 as an Office Administrator, with ongoing development towards competent adviser status. Prior to joining Wealthcare, Harry worked in a variety of roles including Process Analysis in Banking, Vendor on-boarding Support for Government backed Business Technology Schemes and Third-Party Risk Analysis for multinational corporations. Harry is studying for the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and has currently completed the R01, R02, R03 & R05 modules. Harry has a genuine interest in the world of finance and is excited by the prospect of providing valuable, worthwhile and honest financial advice.


Senior Employee Benefits Administrator

Sally has worked in financial services for over 20 years. She is an experienced administrator having a background in the Mortgages and Pensions Sectors. She joined Wealthcare in 2019 as an Employee Benefits Administrator coordinating and managing employee schemes such as Auto Enrolment, Group Pensions, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness. She also assists with the day to day administration of both Individual and SME/Corporate PMI.


Employee Benefits Administrator     

Lindsay has over 10 years of financial services experience. She joined Wealthcare in 2016, initially as an administrator within our Wealth Management team. Following a period of maternity leave, Lindsay has joined our Employee Benefits team and assists with the day to day administration of Auto Enrolment, Group Pensions, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness schemes, as well as both Individual and SME/Corporate PMI.


Zoe Sklair

Office Assistant

Zoe completed her A-Levels of Maths, Further Maths and Computer Science at Bury Grammar Sixth Form. She subsequently joined Wealthcare in 2019 as an Office Assistant in order to learn about and gain experience in Financial Services and the workplace.
