All directors and advisers are fully qualified in their areas of expertise and are supported by a strong back-office team.

All staff members are given regular in-house training sessions to keep them up-to-date with the fast moving and sometimes complex world of financial services. Our staff are also encouraged to undertake relevant professional qualifications and continually develop their skills.

AMANDA CAINER

Amanda joined Wealthcare in 2012 as the Accounts Manager. Her role involves monitoring and reconciling the company bank account, ensuring all financial data is well documented and all records are accurate and up to date.  Amanda also manages our corporate events. She uses her creative insight and has a great understanding of the background work required to organise successful events.

LOUISE PRIOR

Louise has over 13 years financial services experience working within the Health Insurance industry.  Her experience includes SME and Large Corporate employee benefits. She specialises in Private Medical Insurance products and advises on a wide range of insurance benefits including International Cover, Travel, Health Screening and Cashplans. Louise focuses on maintaining strong client relationships and assists both Individuals and Corporate clients throughout the UK, to build bespoke healthcare plans tailored to suit their specific needs for now, and for the future. Louise joined Wealthcare over 5 years ago, she has since achieved the IF1 and IF7 accolade and is currently studying towards the Certificate in Health and Protection.

RACHAEL HARTWELL

Rachael has over 18 years financial services experience, working for insurance companies and IFA firms. Rachael joined Wealthcare in 2012, initially as a Mortgage Administrator. She progressed to the role of Senior Wealth Management Administrator, managing wealth management client relationships and providing invaluable support to the advisers. Whilst working for Wealthcare she has obtained her CII Award in Pension Administration.

DEBBIE WARD

Debbie has 19 years financial services experience, having worked for a large Pension and Life Assurance company and Discretionary Fund Manager. She joined Wealthcare in 2019 as a Senior Wealth Management Administrator and is working towards her Diploma in Financial Planning.

MICHAEL TWYMAN

Michael has worked in the financial services industry for 30 years having previously worked for large, medium and small IFA companies. As a result he has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all fields including pensions, investments, protection and compliance. He joined Wealthcare in 2019 as a Senior Wealth Management Administrator with the main focus of supporting advisers and to provide some additional experience within the team. He has obtained the Certificate in Financial Planning and is currently working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning.

BARRY REDFERN

Barry has over 10 years experience in the mortgage and insurance sector. He joined Wealthcare in 2016 as a Mortgage Administrator, managing cases from application through to completion. Barry now works within the Wealth Management Department and is responsible for processing new business, dealing with client requests and liaising with providers. He has obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Administration and NVQ Level 3 in Customer Services. He is currently studying for his CII qualifications.

GWENNETH ROBERTSON

Gwen has over 23 years experience in the financial services sector.  She joined Wealthcare in 2015 as a Wealth Management Administrator, having previously worked for a market leading Life Assurance Company and a large IFA firm. Her role involves supporting our financial advisers with the day to day management of client portfolios. Gwen has obtained CII certificates in Protection, Investments and Pensions.

SALLY HUMPHREY

Sally has worked in financial services for over 19 years. She is an experienced administrator having a background in the Mortgages and Pensions Sectors. She joined Wealthcare in 2019 as an Employee Benefits Administrator coordinating and managing employee schemes such as Auto Enrolment, Group Pensions, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection and Group Critical Illness.

DARRIANNE PINDER
